Projekt řeší stavební úpravy (rekonstrukci) stávajícího bytového domu na ulici Bratří Čapků č.p. 661 v Uničove. Budova stojí na parcele č. 964 v katastrálním území Uničov.Na stavbě bude provedeno zateplení obvodového zdiva, zateplení stropu ze stany půdy, zateplení podlahy ze strany suterénu a výměna otvorových výplní. Hlavním cílem projektu je zlepšit současný tepelně-technický stav objektu a dosáhnout energetický úspor. (Czech)

The project deals with building modifications (renovation) of the existing apartment building in the street of the brothers Čaps No 661 in the Union. The building is built on plot 964 in the cadastral territory of Uničova.On a building will be built through the insulation of the circumferential zdiva, the insulation of the ceiling from the ground, the insulation of the floor by the basement and the replacement of the selector. The main objective of the project is to improve the current thermal condition of the building and to achieve energy savings. (English)
