Projekt polega na zwiększ. cyfr. dostępn. ISP będących w zasob. Starostwa Powiatowego w Elblągu poprzez przetworzenie do postaci elektron. dokumentacji PZGIK, budowę i modernizację baz danych geoprzestrz. oraz wdroż. e-usług publ. 1 etap projektu obejmie zakup sprzętu niezbędnego do rozbud. syst. inf. przestrz. 2 etap polega na wykorzyst. TIK do przetworz. do postaci elektron. dok. PZGIK oraz bud. i modern. baz dan. geoprzestrz. EGiB, BDOT500, BDSOG, RCiWN, GESUT. 3 etap obejmie wdrożenie 19 e-usług publ. w relacjach A2B i A2C oraz 1 usł. A2A, bazujących na ISP: 1)Usł. geokodowania adresu, 2)Usł. pozysk. dan. o adresie nieruch, 3)Zamów. zb. danych EGiB, 4)Usł. generowania licencji i wydania zb. dan. EGiB, 5)Zamów. rejestrów, kartotek, skorowidzów, wykazów, zestawień tworzonych w b. dan. The project consists of increased access to the project. ISP under salinity.
