Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gminne Centrum Zdrowia Zespół Publicznych Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Olsztynku. Zakład powstał w 1998 r. w Olsztynku i jest zarejestrowany w KRS pod numerem: 0000000992. Placówka funkcjonuje w publicznym systemie opieki zdrowotnej, a także w systemie komercyjnym, pod nr PKD 86.21.Z. Podmiot podlega wpisowi do Rejestru Podmiotów Wykonujących Działalność Leczniczą, Numer Księgi Rejestrowej 000000015330, data wpisu 07.09.1998 r. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości i dostępności usług medycznych świadczonych przez Gminne Centrum Zdrowia Zespół Publicznych Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Olsztynku poprzez wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego. Harmonogram realizacji projektu: • Przeprowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej w celu określenia sposobu implementacji rozwiązań; • Zakup infrastruktury informatycznej; • Zakup niezbędnych licencji; • Prace wdrożeniowe związane z dostosowaniem rozwiązania do wymagań odbiorców (instalacja, konfiguracja) • Przeprowadzenie szkolenia z obsługi systemu dla kadry placówki. The project applicant is the Municipal Health Centre Team of the Public Health Care Centre in Olsztyn. The plant was established in 1998 in Olsztynek and is registered in the NCJ under number: 0000000992. The facility operates in the public health system, as well as in the commercial system, under PCA no. 86.21.Z. The entity is subject to an entry in the Register of Interests of Medicinal Products, Register of Register No 000000015330, date of entry 07.09.1998. the activity area of the facility comprises the city of Olsztynek together with the District of Olsztyn and the neighbouring districts of: szczyna, nizacki, Ostródzki, City of Olsztyn. The municipal health centre responsible for the public health care centre in Olsztyn is providing the following services: primary healthcare, emergency medical service, outpatient specialised care, rehabilitation. The aim of the project is to implement an integrated IT system which aims to improve the quality of the medical services provided, as well as to improve the effectiveness of the management of the facility and to ensure the possibility of long-term development. The project will result in an adaptation of the site to the assumptions about the computerisation of healthcare facilities, including the legal requirements for the implementation of electronic health records. The main aim of the project is to improve the quality and accessibility of the medical services provided by the Gminne Centrum Zdrowia (Gminne Centrum Zdrowia), a public health service plant in Olsztyn through the implementation of an integrated IT system. Itinerary of the project: • Conduct of the pre-implementation analysis to determine how the solutions will be implemented; • Purchase of an IT infrastructure; • Purchase of the necessary licences; • Implementation work related to the adaptation of the solution to the requirements of the recipients (installation, configuration)• Conduct of staff training courses for the establishment.
