Celem inwestycji podejmowanej przez Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń im. dr Stanisława Sakiela w Siemianowicach Śląskich (zwanego dalej CLO) jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej poprzez modernizację gospodarki energią elektryczną i cieplną w kompleksie budynków CLO. Inwestycja podzielona została na dwa etapy i obejmuje swoim zakresem 5 z 6 budynków Centrum (A, B, C, E, F). W pierwszym etapie, objętym wnioskiem, planowane jest wykonanie robót (prace budowlane, instalacyjne, elektryczne i automatyka): termomodernizacja segmentów, wymiana źródeł ciepła, wymiana rurociągów cieplnych i obiektowych węzłów cieplnych w segmentach, wymiana zasilania w ciepłą wodę użytkową, zabudowa dodatkowego źródła chłodu, wymiana oświetlenia w segmentach oraz podłączenie segmentów do centralnego systemu sterowania i monitoringu Szpitala. W etapie drugim (nieobjętym wnioskiem) zakłada się dodatkowo montaż modułu kogeneracyjnego w kotłowni głównej. Realizacja projektu się w formule „Zaprojektuj i wybuduj". (Polish)

The purpose of the investment undertaken by the Centre Leding Opairing Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (hereinafter referred to as the CLO) is to improve energy efficiency through the modernisation of the economy of electricity and heat in the CLPO building complex. The investment has been divided into two phases and covers 5 of the 6 buildings of the Centre (A, B, C, E, F). In the first stage, the execution of works (construction, installation, electrical and mechanical works) is planned: thermal modernisation of segments, replacement of heat sources, replacement of heat pipelines and circular heating substations in the segments, supply of hot water supply, construction of an additional generator, replacement of lighting in the segments and connection of segments to the central control and monitoring system of the Hospital. In the second phase (not covered by the proposal), the installation of the CHP-module in the main boiler is also assumed. Project realisation in the “Design and Explosion” formula. (English)
