Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku szkoły podstawowej w Marklowicach Górnych przy ul. Szkolnej 25 obejmująca docieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem i stropodachu nad nadbudówką, modernizację instalacji c.o., wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych tynkiem ciepłochronnym wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi. Przewiduje się roboty budowlano -instalacyjne oraz działania informacyjno- promocyjne. Cele projektu: zmniejszenie emisyjności dzięki zwiększeniu efektywności energetycznej, zmniejszenie energochłonności sektora publicznego, zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną i finalną, poprawa jakości życia i przestrzeni publicznej. Efekty: obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania, podniesienie komfortu ogrzewania, ochrona środowiska, poprawa estetyki budynku. Termin realizacji: 03.04.2017r.-30.09.2018r. The project is a thermal renovation of the centre of the primary school in Marklowice Górne at ul. School 25, including the insulation of the ceiling under unheated attaines and costume of the superstructure, the modernisation of the heating system, the replacement of window and door frames and doors, the warming of the external walls of the thermal shield, together with the associated works. Construction and installation works are foreseen as well as information and publicity measures. Objectives of the project: decarbonisation through increased energy efficiency, reduction of public sector energy intensity, reduction of primary and final energy demand, improvement of quality of life and public space. Results: reducing heating costs, increasing comfort of heating, protecting the environment, improving the aesthetics of the building. Deadline for implementation: 03.04.2017-30.09.2018 Project total cost: PLN 541.176,47, eligible costs: PLN 541.176,47, ERDF co-financing: PLN 460.000,00. (English)
