    Zaměří se na začlenění osob ze SVL, vznikne 6 nových pracovních pozic - APK pro osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. Zařazeni budou pod MěP Jirkov a vedeni budou strážníkem - mentorem. Pomohou ve vybraných městských lokalitách k objasněnosti trestných činů, přestupků, ke snížení jejich počtu a naopak ke zvýšení pocitu bezpečí obyvatel ve městě.
