Przedmiotem projektu są kompleksowe, indywidualne programy aktywizacji zawodowej obejmujące poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy,szkolenia oraz staże, skierowane do 80 osób(40K/40M) z terenu woj. opolskiego(w rozumieniu KC). Uczestnikami projektu są wyłącznie osoby powyżej 29 roku życia pozostające bez pracy (bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy oraz nieaktywne zawodowo),znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Wg stanu na koniec września 2014 roku stopa bezrobocia wyniosła w woj.opolskim 12% względem 11,5% przeciętnie w kraju.Ogólna liczba bezrobotnych wyniosła 42,7 tys. osób.Dodatkowo 804 osoby poszukiwały pracy.Wśród bezrobotnych w woj. opolskim,zakwalifikowanych do jednej z trzech grup bezrobotnych,69% zakwalifikowano do bezrobotnych wymagających wsparcia, 27% do oddalonych od rynku pracy, a 4% do bezrobotnych aktywnych.Kolejnym zidentyfikowanym problemem na opolskim rynku pracy jest sytuacja grup defaworyzowanych napotykających potencjalnie na większe bariery w podjęciu i utrzymaniu zatrudnienia oraz doświadczających długich okresów bezrobocia. The project focuses on comprehensive individual activation schemes including occupational guidance, placement, training and traineeships for up to 80 people (40K/40M) from Opolskie Province (within the meaning of the CC). The project participants are only people over the age of 29 (unemployed, jobseekers and inactive people) who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market. According to the situation at the end of September 2014, the unemployment rate was 12 % relative to 11.5 % on average in the country. in total, 42,7 people were unemployed. in addition, 804 people were looking for work. in addition, people were looking for work.
