Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci ścieżek rowerowych, które będą pełniły funkcję korytarzy transportowych, będących alternatywą dla innych środków transportu. Przedsięwzięcie to inwestycja drogowa polegająca na budowie ścieżek rowerowych. W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się w szczególności roboty budowlane w branżach: drogowej, mostowej, sanitarnej – odwodnienie dróg, elektroenergetycznej – oświetlenie dróg, konstrukcyjno-budowlanej – mała architektura. Ponadto, we wszystkich koniecznych przypadkach, będą wykonane roboty branżowe związane z usunięciem kolizji ścieżek rowerowych z infrastrukturą podziemną i naziemną. Inwestycja realizowana jest w partnerstwie: Gm. Babimost, Gm. Zbąszynek, Gm. Kargowa, Pow. Zielonogórski, Pow. Świebodziński. Inwestycja usytuowana jest w woj. lubuskim na terenie gmin partnerskich, tj.: gm. Babimost, gm. Zbąszynek, gm. Kargowa. W związku z tym, iż ścieżki rowerowe zaplanowano również przy drogach powiatowych, partnerami w proj. są również pow.: zielonogórski i świebodziński. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje budowę 8 ciągów ścieżek rowerowych o łącznej dł. ok. 22 082 m w tym na terenie gminy: Babimost: 9 230 m, Zbąszynek: 7 857 m, Kargowa: 4 996 m. Inwestycja realizowana w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, tj. wyłoniony w przetargu wykonawca najpierw przygotuje pełną dokumentację projektową, a później na jej podstawie zrealizuje inwestycję. Poszczególne odcinki ścieżek łączą ze sobą poszczególne miejscowości; miejscowości z drogami krajowymi, wojewódzkimi i powiatowymi, przebiegają również odcinkowo wzdłuż tych dróg. Gł. celem projektu jest ograniczenie niskiej emisji zanieczyszczeń z sektora transportu poprzez rozwój infrastruktury rowerowej na terenie gmin: Babimost, Zbąszynek, Kargowa. The project aims at building a network of cycle paths which will serve as an alternative to other modes of transport. The project is a road investment in the construction of cycle paths. The investment foresees in particular construction work in the sectors of: road, bridge, sanitation — road drainage, road lighting, construction and construction — a small architecture. In addition, in all necessary cases, industry work will be carried out in connection with the removal of collisions of cycle paths with underground infrastructure and ground infrastructure. The investment is carried out in partnership: Babiost, Gm. Zbruszynek, Gm. Kargowa, Pow. Zielonogórski, Pow. Fresh bodzin. The investment is located in Lubuskie Province in the territory of the partner municipalities, i.e.: main, gm. Babimeli, gm. Kargowa. As the cycle paths are also planned for district roads, the following partners are also involved: Zielonogórski and secular. The range of investments includes the construction of 8 cycle paths of a total length. 22 082 m including in the municipality of: Babimost: 9 230 m, Crimes: 7 857 m, Kargowa: 4 996 m. investment in ‘Design and Demolition’ mode, i.e. the selected contractor will first prepare full project documentation and then execute the investment. The different sections of the pathways link the localities to each other; the settlements with national, regional and district roads also stretch along these roads. The aim of the project is to reduce the low emission of polluting emissions from the transport sector through the development of cycling infrastructure in the municipalities of: Babimost, Zwolosnek, Kargowa.
