    THE PROJECT IS BASED ON THE VERY POSITIVE SYNERGY BETWEEN THE TRAINING PLANET AND A GROUP OF INSURANCE AGENCIES IN THE PROVINCE OF TREVISO, WITH THE AIM OF RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS, WHICH EMERGED WHEN ANALYSING NEEDS, TO FIND A PROFESSIONAL FIGURE THAT HAS THE ORGANISATIONAL AND IT SKILLS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ENTERPRISE’S DIGITAL ECONOMY, A STRATEGIC AREA IN WHICH LARGE AND SMALL INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE INVESTING. THERE ARE 4 TYPES OF ACTIVITY, ALL OF WHICH ARE COMPETING WITH THE HOMOGENEOUS DEVELOPMENT OF THE SKILLS PROVIDED FOR, BY STRUCTURING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN WHICH THE PERSON IS THE KEY POINT OF THE PLAN. 1) INDIVIDUAL APPROACH: 4H; SPECIALIST TRAINING: THE DURATION OF THE INTERVENTION WILL BE 176H FOR A TOTAL OF 9 PUPILS IN TOTAL 3) EXTRA-CURRICULAR TRAINING (400H TO BE CARRIED OUT IN 3 MONTHS) FOR 9 PUPILS; 4) ORIENTATION FOR THE ROLE/ACCOMPANIMENT TO THE TRAINEESHIP, FOR A TOTAL OF 8H PER PUPIL.
