Głównym problemem, na który odpowiada projekt to niska aktywność zawodowa (podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia) mieszkanek Olsztyna i powiatu olsztyńskiego, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 i z tego powodu pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz tych, którym funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 utrudniają powrót do pracy, tj. utrzymanie zatrudnienia. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia 30 mieszkańców Miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego - pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 lub powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez upowszechnienie i zapewnienie dostępu do usług opiekuńczych nad dziećmi w formie opiekuna dziennego. Działania obejmują adaptację pomieszczeń (2 miesiące), zakup wyposażenia oraz prowadzenie działalności bieżącej przez 24 miesiące. Główne efekty projektu to: 1) 30 utworzonych miejsc opieki na dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, 2) 30 osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie, 3) 24 osoby, które powrócą na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem / wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu, 4) 6 osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 30 osób (30K) z terenu Olsztyna i powiatu olsztyńskiego: a) OSOBY POZOSTAJĄCE BEZ ZATRUDNIENIA, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia, b) OSOBY POWRACAJĄCE DO PRACY po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego w okresie 01.12.2017-31.01.2020. (Polish)

The main problem that the project is responsible for is the low activity (taking up or maintaining employment) of the resident population in Olsztyn and in Olsztyński, who are caring for the children up to the 3s, and for this reason they are unemployed and those for whom caring for children up to the 3s makes it difficult to return to work, i.e. maintaining employment. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of taking up or maintaining the employment of the 30 inhabitants of the City of Olsztyn and the District of Olsztyn, which are unemployed (either unemployed or inactive) and caring for children up to the age of 3 or returning to the labour market after a break in childcare up to the 3s by spreading and providing access to care services for children in the form of a daily carer. The activities include the adaptation of premises (2 months), the purchase of equipment and the running of the current business for 24 months. The main effects of the project are: (1) 30 childcare places for children up to the age of 3, 2) 30 children aged up to 3 with support in the programme, 3) 24 who return to the labour market after the child’s birth/upbringing, after leaving the programme, 4) 6 persons who have been unemployed, who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving. The support will be provided to 30 persons (30K) from Olsztyn and the District of Olsztyński: (a) OBUs, involving children up to the age of 3, (b) OSOBS returning to PRACY after a break in caring for children up to the age of 3. The project will be carried out in the City of Olsztyn and the District of Olsztyn in the period 01.12.2017-31.01.2020. (English)
