Przedmiotem projektu jest dofinansowanie wymiany źródeł ciepła w 80 budynkach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Liszki wraz z wykonaniem 80 wewnętrznych instalacji w budynkach niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania nowego systemu ogrzewania. Przedmiotem projektu jest udzielenie dofinansowania do wymiany starych urządzeń grzewczych kotłów, pieców ogrzewających budynki mieszkalne zlokalizowane na ternie Gminy Liszki na źródła ciepła o znacznie lepszych parametrach wykorzystujących paliwo gazowe. W ramach projektu przewiduje się także działania informacyjnopromocyjne. Dzięki realizacji projektu zredukuje się CO2 o co najmniej 30 w odniesieniu do istniejących instalacji. Wsparcie będzie uwarunkowane zapewnieniem odpowiedniej efektywności energetycznej w budynku. Budynki objęte projektem będą spełniać wymogi dotyczące energochłonności, zawarte w SzOOP. Przyjęte rozwiązania techniczne w projekcie potwierdzają zastosowanie urządzeń najwyższej klasy, zapewnia satysfakcjonującą sprawność, oszczędność i pożądany efekt ekologiczny. Przyjęty budżet na wymianę źródeł ciepła w budynkach mieszkalnych przedstawia optymalną relację jakości do ceny i jednoznacznie odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby i problemy. Wsparcie będzie uwarunkowane wykonaniem w budynku inwestycji zwiększających efektywność energetyczną i ograniczającą zapotrzebowanie na energię, czyli przeprowadzenie procesu modernizacji energetycznej oraz likwidacja starego kotła. Projekt obejmuje również działania dotyczące przekazania mieszkańcom informacji nt. szkodliwości użytkowania nieefektywnych źródeł ciepła. Ma to nastąpić za pomocą planowanej do przeprowadzenia kampanii informacyjno promocyjnej w celu podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to co-finance the replacement of heat sources in 80 residential buildings in the municipality of Liszt together with the installation of 80 internal installations in buildings necessary for the proper functioning of the new heating system. The project concerns the grant of funding for the replacement of old boiler heaters, heating furnaces, residential heating furnaces in the territory of the municipality of Lishki as a heat generator with much better performance using gaseous fuel. The project also provides for information and publicity measures. The project will reduce CO2 by at least 30 for existing installations. Support will be conditional on adequate energy efficiency in the building. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements of the OOP. The technical solutions adopted in the project confirm the use of top class equipment, ensure satisfactory environmental performance, savings and the desired environmental effect. The adopted budget for the replacement of heat sources in residential buildings presents an optimal value for money and clearly responds to identified needs and problems. The support will be conditional on the realisation of investments in the building which increase energy efficiency and reduce energy demand, i.e. the completion of the energy modernisation process and the closure of the old boiler. The project also includes activities to provide information to the public on the harmfulness of the use of inefficient heat sources. This is done by means of a planned information and promotional campaign in order to increase the awareness of the inhabitants. (English)
