Głównym celem projektu jest ożywienie i odnowa społeczno - gospodarcza obszaru rewitalizacji w Brochowie. Założeniem projektu jest stworzenie kompleksowych warunków do gruntownej rewitalizacji i zmiany sposobu zagospodarowania i centrum miejscowości i funkcjonowania społeczności lokalnej w sferach: społecznej, gospodarczej, administracyjnej dzięki realizacji 4 projektów głównych Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Brochów na lata 2016-2023: 1. Przebudowa i rozbudowa wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku usługowego na budynek usługowo-administracyjny Gminnego Centrum Usług Społecznych i Administracyjnych (wprowadzenie nowych usług społecznych) 2.Budowa całorocznego targowiska wiejskiego - rozwój handlu i usług, 3. Zmiana sposobu użytkowania wspólnej przestrzeni publicznej (tereny zielone, place gier, plac zabaw, siłownia zewnętrzna, kino plenerowe i samochodowe )-zadanie zaprojektowane w wyniku konkursu architektonicznego. Wartością dodaną projektu jest jego przygotowanie z uwzględnieniem zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju tj. poszanowania dla środowiska naturalnego i promocji analogicznych postaw. Projekt obejmuje modernizację energetyczną przebudowywanego obiektu GCUSiA o zastosowanie 2 odnawialnych źródeł energii. Beneficjentami projektu będą mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizowanego, dzieci, młodzież, os. starsze, os. zagrożone wykluczeniem, członkowie org. pozarządowych, klubów sportowych, przedsiębiorcy, rolnicy, interesanci Urzędu Gminy. Wszystkie obiekty będą w pełni przystosowane dla osób ze szczególnymi potrzebami. Realizacja projektu umożliwi prowadzenie działań społecznych dla mieszk. obszaru, w tym finansowanych ze środków EFS. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z podmiotem wybranym w konkursie - Stowarzyszeniem "Aktywni dla Brochowa". Projekt charakteryzuje się gotowość techniczną: posiada dok. techniczną, audyt, zezwolenia na budowę, studium wykonalności (k.kwalifik.). Koszty projektu obejmą także nadzór inwestorski i autorski oraz działania promocyjne. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to revive and rehabilitate the socio-economic regeneration of the site. The aim of the project is to create comprehensive conditions for the thorough rehabilitation and development of the site and the centre of the locality and the functioning of the local community in the following areas: social, economic and administrative by implementing the 4-2016 main projects of the -2023 Rehabilitation Programme: 1. Reconstruction and extension along with a change in the use of the service building to the Gminne Centre for Social and Administrative Services (introduction of new social services) 2.Construction of all annual rural markets — development of trade and services, 3. Change in the use of the common public space (green areas, place of games, playground, outdoor gym, outdoor cinema and automotive) — a task designed as a result of the architectural competition. The added value of the project is its preparation taking into account the principles of sustainable development, i.e. respect for the environment and the promotion of similar attitudes. The project includes the energy modernisation of the construction of the GCUSiA plant to be used for the use of 2 renewable energy sources. The beneficiaries of the project will be people in the regenerated area, children, young people, the elderly, the people at risk of exclusion, members of the NGO, sports clubs, entrepreneurs, farmers, the local authorities of the municipality. All sites will be fully adapted to people with special needs. Implementation of the project will make it possible to carry out social activities for residential areas, including those financed by the ESF. The project will be carried out in partnership with the entity selected for the contest “Active for Brocker”. The project is characterised by technical readiness: is in possession of a technical document, audit, construction permit, feasibility study (ALP). Project costs will also cover investor and author’s supervision and promotion activities. (English)
