Ideą projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Artur Łęczycki OraSoft. poprzez dostęp do usług doradczych mających na celu wsparcie rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Zewnętrzne usługi doradcze będą świadczone przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji (Instytucja Otoczenia Biznesu) posiadający bogate doświadczenie w realizacji usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zamiarem wdrożenia zarządzania strategicznego działalnością poprzez wykorzystanie m.in. innowacji technologicznych o charakterze procesowym (rozwiązania wykorzystującego technologie cyfrowe), której celem będzie m.in. zwiększenie efektywności kosztowej firmy. Wnioskodawca planuje również dokonać analizy potencjału i potrzeb organizacji w zakresie zasobów kadrowych i asortymentu. Wnioskodawca nie posiada zasobów kadrowych przygotowanych merytorycznie do opracowania pogłębionych prac analitycznych, które stałyby się podstawą do podjęcia decyzji odnośnie wdrożenia planowanej innowacji. W tym celu Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług doradczych świadczonych przez specjalistyczny ośrodek innowacji. Zakres usług doradczych będzie obejmować m.in. szczegółową analizę potrzeb biznesowych Wnioskodawcy czy analizę procesów biznesowych firmy w odniesieniu do planowanego wdrożenia innowacji procesowej. Projekt będzie polegać na przeprowadzeniu szeregu prac analityczno-eksperckich stanowiących przygotowanie pod wdrożenie innowacji. The idea of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company Artur Oravec through access to advisory services to support the development of the company. External consultancy services will be provided by an accredited innovation centre (Business Environment Institution) with a wealth of experience in implementing innovation advisory services. The implementation of the project is linked to the intention to implement the strategic management of activities by making use, inter alia, of technological innovations of a procedural nature (using digital technologies), which will aim, inter alia, at increasing the cost efficiency of a business. The applicant also plans to carry out an analysis of the capacity and needs of the organisation in terms of human resources and selection. The applicant does not have human resources prepared in substance for the development of in-depth analytical work, which would become the basis for a decision on the implementation of the envisaged innovation. To this end, the applicant intends to make use of the advisory services provided by the specialised centre for innovation. The scope of the advisory services will include, inter alia, a detailed analysis of the applicant’s business needs or an analysis of the business process of the firm with regard to the intended implementation of the process innovations. The project will consist of a number of analytical and expert work to prepare for the implementation of innovation. The project is scheduled to take place on 2017-10-01-2018-02-28. (English)
