Założeniem projektu są prace rozwojowe nad innowacyjnym biznesowym systemem informatycznym typu B2B dostosowanym do potrzeb Fundacji Instytut Studiów Wschodnich (ISW) i jej partnerów. Celem jest wzrost pozycji na rynku i konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy działającego w branży organizacji konferencji i targów. System informatyczny zostanie stworzony na podstawie indywidualnych potrzeb ISW i opinii partnerów, do których jest skierowany system, i który usprawni komunikację, wymianę dokumentów i pracę firmy. Podjęte działania w projekcie będą realizowane przez wybraną na postawie zapytania ofertowego z dnia 8.02.2016 r. instytucję naukową - Wydział Informatyki i Nauki o Materiałach Uniwersytetu Śląskiego. Sposób realizacji, metoda, forma i podział na etapy będą odpowiednio dopasowane przez doświadczoną kadrę naukową Uniwersytetu Śląskiego do niezbędnych działań w projekcie, dzięki którym powstanie system informatyczny. The project builds on the development of an innovative B2B business IT system adapted to the needs of the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies (ISW) and its partners. The aim is to increase the market position and competitiveness of the Applicant in the organisation of conferences and fairs. The IT system will be created on the basis of the individual needs of the ISW and the views of the partners to which it is addressed and which will improve the communication, the exchange of documents and the company’s work. The actions taken in the project will be carried out by the scientific body, the Science and Science Department of the University of Silesia, selected on the basis of a request for proposals dated 8.02.2016. The method of implementation, the method, the form and the phases will be adapted, as appropriate, by the experienced scientific staff of the University of Silesia to the necessary steps in the project to establish the IT system.
