WOJEWÓDZKI SZPITAL SPECJALISTYCZNY W BIAŁEJ PODLASKIEJ

WSzS jest jednym z 5 szpitali wojewódzkich i największym centrum diagnostyczno-leczniczym płn. części woj. lubelskiego. Udziela świadczeń w ramach hospitalizacji, AOS oraz SOR (III stopień referencji). Posiada system wspomag. zarządzania zasobami o część czaści białej i część szarą. Projekt zwiększy możliwości systemu informatycznego w sposób efektywny, ponadto jest zgodny z dokumentem Policy Paper dla ochrony zdrowia na lata 2014-2020, Narz.26 Upowszechnienie wymiany elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Projekt przewiduje uzupełnienie infrastruktury techniczno-systemowej, integrację obecnych systemów i zapewnienie interoperacyjności -wymianę EDM z Platformą P1, opieką szpitalną, AOS, POZ. Zakupiony zostanie system HIS oraz systemy gabinetowe, przewidziane są szkolenie personelu w zakresie korzystania z EDM. W ramach projektu powstanie nowa e-usługa o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 stopniu dojrzałości - 7 szt: EDM, e-obchód, e-wywiad ,e-ankieta, e-dokumentacja, e-Załącznik, e-Ankiety. Zostaną wdrożone 2 usługi 3 poziomie dojrzałości e- pacjent, e-kontrahent. Projekt zawiera rozwiązania podnoszące bezpieczeństwo w zakresie gwarancji ciągłości działania syst. do prowadzenia EDM, platform regionalnych, w tym szczególnie w zakresie wymiany i długoterminowego przechowywania EDM. Powstanie 120TB przestrzeni serwerowej. Planuje się załatwienie 230 spraw poprzez udostępniona on-line usługę publiczną oraz 400 uruchomień aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu inf. E-usług. Zostaną wprowadzone udogodnienia WCAG 2.0 dla Pacjentów, uruchomione 6 syst. Teleinformat. w podmiotach wykonujących zadania Publ., 6 utworzonych API i 4 bazy danych on-line poprzez API. Zaplanowano przeszkolenie 645 osób z obsługi systemu w ramach cross-financingu. Uwzględniono studium wykonalności i promocję. Projekt znacząco skróci się czas oczekiwania na świadczenie medyczne, oraz zapewnione zostanie lepsze wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich, materialnych, finansowych i organizacyjnych WSzS. (Polish)

The SzS is one of the 5 regional hospitals and the largest diagnostic and medical centre in the Lubelskie region. Grants the benefits of hospitalisation, AOS and SOR (III degree of references). It has a system of resource management with a part of a white collar and a part of the black economy. The project will increase the capacity of the IT system in an efficient way, and it is in line with the Policy Paper for Health 2014-2020, Narz.26, the exchange of electronic health records. The project provides for the addition of technical and systems infrastructure, the integration of current systems and interoperability — the replacement of EMD with P1, hospital care, AOS, POZ. The HIS system and cabinet systems will be purchased, staff training on the use of EMD will be provided. The project will create a new e-service with a maturity of at least 4 maturity — 7 degrees: EMD, e-gait, e-interview, e-survey, e-documentation, eannexe, e-Surveys. There will be 2 eo-patient 3 maturity services, e-counterparty. The project includes security solutions for the guarantee of business continuity, regional platforms, especially for the exchange and long-term storage of EMD. 120 TB will be created. 230 cases are planned to be settled through the public service online and 400 applications for applications based on reuse. E-services. A WCAG 2.0 facility for Patients will be introduced, launched on the basis of 6 syllables. Telecommunications in entities performing the tasks of Publ., 6 created API and 4 online databases via API. It is planned to train 645 people with cross-financing. A feasibility and promotion study has been included. The project will significantly reduce the waiting time for the provision of medical care and make better use of the human, material, financial and organisational resources of the WSzS. (English)
