W ramach wnioskowanego projektu zostanie stworzona internetowa platforma e-usług, pozwalająca realizować obowiązki Gminy Ładzice względem mieszkańców w formie e-usług dla obywateli i przedsiębiorców. Projekt zwiększy dostępność do świadczonych usług w zakresie gospodarki wodociągowo-kanalizacyjnej. Projekt obejmuje wytworzenie oprogramowania do bilingowania, pozwalającego na uruchomienie 14 e-usług, zakup oprogramowania i modułów radiowych do zdalnego radiowego odczytu wodomierzy, zakup urządzeń rejestrujących przepływ wody, zakup niezbędnego sprzętu IT i serwera wraz z oprogramowaniem, niezbędnych do świadczenia e-usług na platformie bilingowej, wykonanie portalu usług elektronicznych dla obywateli (IBOK), wdrożenie i kompleksowe zintegrowanie oprogramowania systemowego. Planowane e-usługi będą się cechowały mobilnością, ciągłością działania, zastosowaniem w interfejsie intuicyjnych rozwiązań i projektem zorientowanym na użytkownika. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Ładzice. Wszelkie działania podejmowane w projekcie jak i jego rezultaty będą zgodne z „Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 2014-2020” z dnia 8 maja 2015 r.” (Polish)

As part of the proposed project, an online e-services platform will be set up to implement the obligations of the Municipality of Ładzice to the public in the form of e-services for citizens and businesses. The project will increase the availability of water supply and sanitation services. The project includes the manufacture of software for billing, the creation of 14 e-services, the purchase of software and radio modules for the remote radio reading of water meters, the purchase of water recording equipment, the purchase of necessary IT hardware and servers, and software necessary for the provision of e-services on the billboard platform, the implementation of the Citizens’ Electronic Services Portal (IBOK), the implementation and comprehensive integration of the system software. The planned e-services will be characterised by mobility, business continuity, intuitive solutions and user-centric design. The project will be carried out in the Municipality of Ładzice. All actions undertaken in the project and its results will be in line with the “Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for men and women in the framework of Union funds 2014-2020” of 8 May 2015.” (English)
