Realizacja przedmiotowej inwestycji dotyczy przebudowy, rozbudowy i zmiany sposobu użytkowania budynku magazynowego przy ul. Kościuszki 77 w Toruniu. Przedsięwzięcie zakłada przeniesienie do analizowanego obiektu trzech instytucji kultury: filii Książnicy Kopernikańskiej w Toruniu, Galerii i Ośrodka Plastycznej Twórczości Dziecka w Toruniu, Wojewódzkiego Ośrodka Animacji Kultury w Toruniu. Jest to spowodowane potrzebami powyższych instytucji związanych z ograniczonymi obecnymi warunkami lokalowymi. Budynek przy ul. Kościuszki 77 w wyniku przebudowy i zlokalizowania tam trzech instytucji kultury będzie charakteryzować się powierzchnią użytkową na poziomie 3 874,31 m2 oraz kubaturą wnętrza na poziomie 18 109 m3. Przebudowa i zmiana sposobu użytkowania budynku magazynowego przy ul. Kościuszki 77 w Toruniu umożliwi wykorzystanie pełnego potencjału analizowanych instytucji za sprawą zagospodarowania przez nie przestrzeni umożliwiającej prowadzenie działalności kulturo – edukacyjnej charakteryzującej się łączną powierzchnią około 1647,11 m2. The investment in question concerns the conversion, extension and alteration of the use of the storage building at ul.Kościuszki 77 in Toruń.The project involves the transfer of three cultural institutions to the object in question:the Koperniakian Book Office in Toruń, Galora and the Centre for the Heart of Children in Toruń, Regional Centre of Culture Animals in Toruń.This is due to the needs of the above institutions related to the limited current space conditions.Building at ul.The Kościuszki 77 as a result of rebuilding and locating three cultural institutions will have a usable surface area of 3 874.31 m² and a core space of 18 109 m³.Reconstruction and change of use of the storage building at ul.The Kościuszki 77 in Toruń will make it possible to exploit the full potential of the institutions in question by developing a space for carrying out a culture of an educational activity characterised by a total of approximately 1 647.11 m².
