CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest nabycie przez minimum 162 UP (32K/130M) spośród 180 osób dorosłych (36K/144M) z miast Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Skarżysko-Kamienna i Starachowice (OSI) kwalifikacji W ZAKRESIE KOMPUTEROWEGO WSPOMAGANIA PROJEKTOWANIA w programach Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical lub Autodesk 3ds Max, potwierdzonych międzynarodowymi certyfikatami Autodesk do 28-02-2019 r. Wnioskodawca zapewnia zgodność proponowanego wsparcia z przeprowadzoną diagnozą, która odnosi się do założeń RPO WS w zakresie poprawy skuteczności działań dot. dostępności kształcenia przez całe życie, w stosunku do osób z OBSZARU STRATEGICZNEJ INTERWENCJI, w tym os. powyżej 50 lat (20%), os. o niskich kwalifikacjach (10%), kobiet i ON zagrożonych wykluczeniem zawodowym. Udział w szkoleniach pozwoli na ZDOBYCIE KWALIFIKACJI Z ZAKRESU MECHATRONIKI, na które jest największy popyt na terenie OSI. Zgodnie z Monitoringiem zawodów deficytowych i nadwyżkowych w pow. ostrowieckim, skarżyskim i starachowickim wśród zawodów deficytowych wymieniono specjalizacje ściśle związane z komputerowym wspomaganiem projektowania tj. obsługę programu AutoCAD. Dodatkowo "BAROMETR ZAWODÓW 2017" potwierdza występowanie na terenie OSI popytu na operatorów obrabiarek skrawających, pracowników przetwórstwa metali, specjalistów elektroniki, automatyki i robotyki, którzy na swoich stanowiskach pracy wykorzystują programy projektowe oparte na systemie Autodesk. SZKOLENIA, POPRZEDZONE INDYWIDUALNĄ ANALIZĄ POTRZEB, uwzględniającą potencjał oraz predyspozycje każdego UP, prowadzone będą na poziomie trudności podstawowym i profesjonalnym (Szkolenia A Autodesk Inventor, Szkolenia B AutoCAD Mechanical, Szkolenia C Autodesk 3ds Max). Zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych projekt umożliwi udział w szkoleniach ON (szkolenia dostosowane technicznie, budynki architektonicznie do ON). Kwota dofinansowania to 365 287,00 PLN oraz wkład własny 56 700,00 PLN (Polish)

The MAIN PROJECT is intended to acquire a minimum of 162 UP (32K/130M) of 50 adults out of 180 adults (36K/144M) from the cities of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Skarżysko-Kamienna and Starachowice (OSI) skills in COMPUTER-COMPLIANCE SHEET of Autoder Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical and/or Autoder 3ds Max, as confirmed by international certificates of Autoder to 28-02-2019. the applicant shall ensure that the proposed support is in line with the diagnosis conducted, which refers to the objectives of the ROP for improving the efficiency of actions in relation to the availability of lifelong learning, in relation to persons in the AREA of STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTATION, including years old (20 %), the low-skilled (10 %), women and the group at risk of professional exclusion. Participation in the training courses will help to ensure that mechatronics for which the demand is greatest in the area of OSI will be obtained. In line with the monitoring of deficit and surplus occupations in the area of the Taliban, the complained and the tried bidding professions, specialisations closely related to computer aided design, i.e. operation of the AutoCAD programme, are listed in the deficit occupations. In addition, the ‘2017 barometer’ confirms the demand on the OSI area of machine tool operators, metal processing workers, electronics specialists, automation and robotics, who use the Autoder system in their jobs. Training, preceded by an individual study of the POZOR, taking into account the potential and suitability of each UP, will be carried out at the level of basic and professional difficulties (Training A Autoder Inventor, Training B AutoCAD Mechanical, C-Autoder 3ds Max). In accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for disabled persons, the project will enable them to participate in the training on the one hand (technically adapted training, on the one hand, on the one hand, on the one hand, on the other, on the other).
