Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy znajdującej się na terenie województwa śląskiego. Do celów szczegółowych realizowanych przez projekt należą: - zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej na terenie Gminy, - zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla na terenie Gminy, - zmniejszenie emisji pozostałych zanieczyszczeń na terenie Gminy, - zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania obiektów użyteczności publicznej, - zwiększenie jakości powietrza na terenie Gminy, - poprawa wizerunku gminy oraz budynków przeznaczonych na realizację zadań publicznych Gminy, - podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców na terenie Gminy, - podniesienie jakości pracy i korzystania z infrastruktury szkolnej przez uczniów. W ramach projektu przewidziane zostały: - Roboty budowlane związane z realizacją projektu (docieplenie ścian oraz wymiana drzwi), - Nadzór inwestorski, - Promocja projektu - Tablica pamiątkowa.
