Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług z zakresu wychowania przedszkolnego oraz wzrost aktywności zawodowej na terenie Gminy Dukla. Jego osiągnięciu mają służyć trzy cele szczegółowe: uatrakcyjnienie oferty edukacyjnej na terenie Gminy Dukla w oparciu o rozbudowaną i unowocześnioną infrastrukturę przedszkolną (przebudowany i zaadaptowany na przedszkole dwukondygnacyjny budynek obejmujący 5 sal do zajęć w grupach), wyrównywanie szans dzieci z obszarów wiejskich w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej (ponad 70% dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkola w Dukli pochodzi z obszarów wiejskich) oraz zagwarantowanie właściwego poziomu stymulacji rozwoju dzieci i objęcie jak największej ilości dzieci kompleksowym przygotowaniem do podjęcia edukacji szkolnej (119 nowych miejsc). W wyniku realizacji projektu Przedszkole Gminne w Dukli będzie zlokalizowane w dwóch budynkach i będzie dysponować 294 miejscami dla dzieci w wieku od 3 do 6 lat (łącznie 12 grup). Inwestycja zostanie oddana do użytku przed rozpoczęciem roku szkolnego 2017/18. Przebudowany obiekt przedszkolny będzie stanowił prostą, zwartą bryłę, utrzymaną w ciepłej tonacji kolorystycznej. Na parterze budynku będą zlokalizowane m.in.: hol, szatnia dla dzieci, WC ogólnodostępne dostosowane do osób niepełnosprawnych, pięć sal zajęć dla dzieci wraz z zapleczem, WC personelu pedagogicznego, szatnia i pokój socjalny personelu kuchni, kuchnia z zapleczem magazynowym, wydawalnia posiłków, pomieszczenie techniczne i kotłownia. Na I piętrze zlokalizowano m.in.: hol, gabinet dyrektora, pokój personelu pedagogicznego, pokój nauczycielski, pomieszczenia biurowo-administracyjne, magazyny brudnej i czystej bielizny. Powierzchnia zabudowy obiektu po przeprowadzeniu inwestycji będzie wynosiła łącznie 805,40 m2. Wielkość powierzchni całkowitej będzie równa 1 002,60 m2, a użytkowej - 872,46 m2, w tym 710,81 m2 (parter) i 161,65 m2 (I piętro). The main objective of the project is to increase access to pre-school education services and increase participation in the field of activity in the municipality of Dukla. Three specific objectives are pursued: making an educational offer more attractive to the Danish municipality on the basis of extensive and modernised pre-school infrastructure (rebuilt and adapted to a two-storey kindergarten building and adapted to a two-storey apartment building), equal opportunities for rural children to access pre-school education (more than 70 % of children attending nursery schools in Dukli originate from rural areas) and ensuring an appropriate level to stimulate children’s development and placing as many children as possible with comprehensive preparation for school education (119 new places). As a result of the project, the Major School in Dukli will be located in two buildings and will have 294 places for children between 3 and 6 years old (12 groups in total). The investment will be put into service before the start of the 2017/18 school year. The restructured nursery facility will be a simple, compact, solid in a warm tone. The ground floor of the building will include, inter alia: lobby, children’s cloakroom, toilet facilities accessible to people with disabilities, five classes for children with their hinterland, WC staff, cloakroom and kitchen room for kitchen staff, kitchen facilities, meals, meals, technical room and boiler room. The 1st floor is based on: hall, Director’s Private Office, pedagogic staff, teacher room, office/administration rooms, dirty and clean linen. The surface of the building upon completion of the investment will amount to a total of 805.40 m². The total area will be equal to 1 002.60 m² for a usable area of 872.46 m², including 710.81 m² (ground floor) and 161.65 m² (1st floor).
