Przedsięwzięcie dotyczy poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej jakim jest obiekt, w którym mieści się Ośrodek Rehabilitacji. Inwestycja obejmuje: - wspomaganie oświetlenia instalacją PV, - wymianę starych drzwi zewnętrznych, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych fundamentowych, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych kondygnacji nadziemnych, - wymianę starych okien pomieszczeń, - docieplenie dachu, - modernizację instalacji c.w.u. wspomaganej instalacją PV, - wymianę źródła ciepła wraz z uzupełnieniem braków w izolacji, - wykonanie kompletnego systemu odprowadzającego wody gruntowe wokół budynku (koszt niekwalifikowany). Ponadto w ramach projektu założono wydatki na promocję projektu (koszt niekwalifikowany). Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej - Ośrodka Rehabilitacji w Becejłach. Inwestycja przyczynia się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników: 1) produktu: - Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych – 135 006,00 kWh/rok; - Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 42,92 tony równoważnika CO2; - Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 1 szt.; - Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji – 729,10 m2; - Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt. 2) rezultatu: - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej – 181,38 GJ/rok; - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - 1,1 MWh/rok. Energia z OZE wyprodukowana w ramach projektu będzie wykorzystywana wyłącznie na własne potrzeby. (Polish)

The project concerns the improvement of the energy efficiency of the public building, which is the site of the Rehabilitation Centre. The investment consists of: — support for the installation of PV, — replacement of old external doors, — insulation of outdoor wall walls, — insulation of outdoor wall walls, — replacement of old room windows, — insulation of the roof, — modernisation of the installation for PV, assisted installation of PV — replacement of the heat source together with filling gaps, — implementation of a complete system for the drainage of groundwater around the building (ineligible cost). In addition, the project assumed expenditure for the promotion of the project (ineligible cost). The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the public service building, the Centre for Rehabilitation of the Beceions Centre for Rehabilitation. The investment shall contribute to the achievement of the following indicators: (1) the product: — Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings — 135 006.00 kWh/year; — Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions — 42,92 tonnes of CO2 equivalent; — Number of energy-efficient buildings — 1; — usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 729.10 m²; — Number of modernised heat sources — 1. 2) results: Amount of thermal energy saved — 181,38 GJ/year; Amount of saved electricity — 1.1 MWh/year. Renewable energy produced in the framework of the project will be used exclusively for its own purposes. (English)
