GMINA MIASTO ELBLĄG/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ELBLĄGU

Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET, przyjętą w POWER 2014-2020.Ogółem wsparciem zostanie objętych 445 osób. Skorzystają one z następujących form wsparcia: staże - 254 osoby, szkolenia - 41 osób, dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 34 osób, refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 35 osób, prace interwencyjne - 31 osób, bon na zasiedlenie - 50 osób. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej: *minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED3), imigranci, reemigranci) na poziomie 42%,*minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup na poziomie co najmniej 57%. The main aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to the age of 29 in the city of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg.The project will cover only young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, including persons with disabilities, who are not in education and training, who are not in education and training, the so called NEETs, as defined by the NEETs definition, adopted in the POWER 2014-2020.Total support will be provided to 445 people.They will benefit from the following forms of support:traineeships — 254 persons, training — 41 persons, start-up grants — 34 persons, refunds of equipment costs or retrofitting of posts — 35 persons, intervention works — 31 persons, work voucher, 50 persons.The project involves achieving the following employment performance indicators:* a minimum employment performance level for the most vulnerable people (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, those with low qualifications (to ISCED3 level), immigrants, returnees) at 42 %, * the minimum employment performance level for other persons who do not belong to the above groups of at least 57 %.Duration of the project:01.01.2019-30.04.2020 (English)
