Na základě vzdělávacích plánů společnosti byl vytvořen projekt vzdělávání managementu v měkkých a manžerských dovednostech. V oblasti měkkých dovedností se bude jednat zejména o komunikaci a vyjednávání, včetně vnitrofiremní komunikace. V oblasti manažerských dovedností se bude jednat o vedení, zaměstnanců a o timemanagement a delegování.Cílem projektu je posílení dovedností managementu a uplatnění jejich znalostí ke zvýšení prosperity společnosti, a ke zlepšení jejich pozice na trhu práce. Based on the training plans of the company, a project was created for training management in soft and sleeve skills. In the area of soft skills, the focus will be on communication and negotiation, including internal communication. Managerial skills will include management, staff and timemanagement and delegation.The project aims at enhancing the skills of management and applying their knowledge to increase societal prosperity and improving their position in the labour market.
