Projekt je určen osoby mladší 30 let (tj. do 29 let vč.), které nemohou dostatečně konkurovat na trhu práce ostatním uchazečům o zaměstnání (UoZ) z důvodu chybějící praxe a zkušeností. Za pomocí cílených nástrojů a opatření APZ, zejména odborné praxe a krátkodobé pracovní příležitosti, se zvýší zaměstnatelnost této cílové skupiny. Hlavní aktivity budou dále doplněny dle potřeby jednotlivých UoZ o rekvalifikace a odborná školení, která podpoří připravenost cílové skupiny pro nástup do zaměstnání. (Czech)

The project is aimed at persons under the age of 30 years (i.e. up to 29 years old) who cannot compete on the labour market with other job seekers (OZ) because of the lack of experience and experience. The employability of this target group will be enhanced through targeted APZ tools and measures, in particular professional experience and short-term job opportunities. The main activities will be further complemented in line with the need for retraining and vocational training to support the preparation of the target group for recruitment. (English)
