Projekt „Dostosowanie jakości kształcenia zawodowego do wymagań rynku pracy ” skierowany jest do 162 uczniów wszystkich kierunków i etapów kształcenia realizowanych w Zespole Szkół nr 2 w Stargardzie w roku szkolnym 2017/ 2018 oraz 2018/2019. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy edukacyjne z zakresu teoretycznego i praktycznego przygotowania ucznia do wykonywania wybranego zawodu a jego celem głównym jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego poprzez lepsze dostosowanie form i warunków jego prowadzenia do wymagań gospodarki i rynku pracy. W projekcie przewidziano kompleksowe wsparcie uczniów poprzez: wyposażenie pracowni informatycznej w specjalistyczny sprzęt i oprogramowanie (zakupywana infrastruktura edukacyjna jest zgodna z standardem KOWEZIU dla danego zawodu), realizację staży zawodowych, ponadprogramowe, zawodowe zajęcia specjalistyczne (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy) pozwalające rozszerzyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, indywidualne i grupowe doradztwo psychologiczno-zawodowe w zakresie wspomagającym orientację zawodową i dalsze wybory zawodowe oraz w zakresie kształtowania predyspozycji osobowościowych i umiejętności do pracy oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, podnoszenie kwalifikacji szkolnego doradcy zawodowego podwyższających kompetencje w zakresie prowadzenia badań pomocnych w przygotowaniu ucznia do radzenia sobie na rynku pracy, spotkania uczniów z przedstawicielami firm i uczelni wyższych na zorganizowanych spotkaniach edukacyjno-zawodowych oraz spotkania w zakładach pracy. Realizacja projektu zaplanowanego dla Zespołu Szkół nr 2 w Stargardzie przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO tj. wzrostu efektywności kształcenia zawodowego i jego dostosowanie do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy zwiększające szanse na zatrudnieni (Polish)

The project ‘The adaptation of the quality of vocational training to the requirements of the labour market’ is aimed at 162 students from all the education and training courses in School Complex No 2 in Stargard in the school year 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. The project responds to diagnosed educational problems related to the theoretical and practical preparation of a student for the profession and its main purpose is to improve the quality of vocational training by improving the adaptation of the forms and conditions thereof to the requirements of the economy and the labour market. The project provides comprehensive support for students by: IT equipment for specialised hardware and software (purchased educational infrastructure is in line with the national KOWZiU standard for the profession), professional placements, extracurricular activities, professional placements (in line with the needs of the labour market) to broaden professional qualifications, individual and collective professional and occupational orientation counselling and career choices and employers’ expected work, upgrading the qualification of a vocational adviser increasing the research competencies to help prepare the learner for coping with the labour market, student meetings with business and university representatives at organised educational and professional meetings, as well as meetings at the working facilities. The implementation of the project for School Education Team 2 in the Stargard Team will help to achieve the specific objective of ROP, i.e. to increase the efficiency of vocational training and adapt it to the requirements of the regional labour market that improve the chances of employment.
