Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja energet. 7 budynków użyteczności publicznej w Jaśle: Urząd Miasta (m.in. ocieplenie ścian, stropu, stropodachu, lukarn, wymiana okien i drzwi zewn., wymiana grzejników, montaż zaworów termostat., wymiana przewodów, izolacja przewodów, wymiana kotła na wysokosprawny 166 kW, wymiana oświetlenia, inst. odgromowa); SP nr 2 (m.in. docieplenie ścian, stropodachu, wymiana okien i drzwi, docieplenie kominów, demontaż i montaż nowych elementów inst. CO, wymiana inst. elekt. i opraw oświetleniowych, inst. odgromowa); SP nr 4 (m.in. docieplenie ścian, stropodachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wykonanie obróbek blacharskich, remont kominów, wymiana oświetlenia, montaż wywietrznika wraz z rekuperatorem, modernizacja inst. CO); SP nr 11 (m.in. docieplenie ścian, stropodachu, stropu żelbetowego, kominów, przebudowa szachtów piwniczych, wymiana stolarki okienno-drzwiowej, prace przy inst. CO, inst. odgromowa, wymiana oświetlenia); ZSM nr 5 (m.in. docieplenie ścian i dachu, wymiana stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, docieplenie kominów, inst. CO - demontaż, wymiana kotła na gazowy 200 kW, montaż systemu – grzejników, głowic termostatycznych, wykonanie inst. elekt., miedzianej, puszek rozdzielczych, wymiana opraw, inst. odgromowa); budynek siłowni MOSiR (m.in. docieplenia ścian i dachu, docieplenie kominów, wymiana stolarki okienno-drzwiowej, inst. CO - wodna pompowa wraz z armaturą i grzejnikami, wymiana oświetlenia, inst. odgromowa); budynek techniczno-administracyjny MOSiR (m.in. docieplenie ścian i dachu, docieplenie kominów, wymiana stolarki okienno-drzwiowej, wymiana grzejników, modernizacja oświetlenia, inst. odgromowa). Cel strategiczny projektu: zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię oraz poprawa efektywności energet. obiektów. Wskaźnik energii pierwotnej 984,825 [kWh/(m2rok)], zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na zużycie energii o 60,85 %. Wskazany zakres robót jest zgodny z optymalnymi wariantami z audytów energ. budynków. Co., replacement of electrical and lighting fittings); SP No 4 (inter alia heat insulation of walls, floor, replacement of window and door frames, manufacture of blackboards, refurbishment of fireplaces, replacement of lighting, installation of an exhaust outlet with recuperator, modernisation against. CO); SP No 11 (inter alia insulation of walls, costumes, ginseng ceiling, fireplaces, reconstruction of storm-boards, replacement of door frames, work against. Co, lightning); replacement of lighting); SSF No 5 (including wall and roof insulation, replacement of doors and window frames, insulation of chimneys, against. Co — dismantling, replacement of a gas boiler at 200 kW, installation of a system — radiators, thermostatic heads, use of elekt, cupro, distribution cans, replacement of frameworks, alternate); the MOSIR gym building (including wall and roof insulation, insulation of chimneys, replacement of window/door frames, against. Co — Pomoc water, including fittings and radiators, replacement of lighting); the technical and administrative building of MOSR (including wall and roof insulation, heating chimneys, replacement of window/door frames, replacement of radiators, replacement of lighting). Strategic objective of the project: reducing energy demand and improving energy efficiency. Primary energy indicator 984,825 [kWh/(m2year)], a reduction in demand for energy consumption of 60.85 %. The scope of the works indicated is in line with the optimal options for the energy audits of buildings. (English)
