POWIAT WYSZKOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WYSZKOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wyszkowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 17% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie (zgodnie z metodologią pomiaru zawartą w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020) i zarejestrowanych w PUP Wyszków. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Wyszkowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the powiat wyszkowski.The project will mainly result in employment of at least 17 % of people with disabilities, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not eligible for any of these target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology set out in the Guidance on implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area 2014-2020) and registered in the PUP Designation.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO in Wyszków will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
