Celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 50osób (30M,20K) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osób doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, z niepełnosprawnością w st.umiarkowanym i znacznym oraz z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną z pow.suwalskiego, sejneńskiego i augustowskiego w okresie od 01.10.2017 do 30.09.2019 z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów ukierunkowanych na aktywizację społeczną i zawodową, tj.: 1.Poradnictwo specjalistyczne,w tym psychologiczne, prawne, zawodowe 2.Kursy/szkolenia zawodowe 3.Staże/praktyki zawodowe 4.Warsztaty kompetencji Projekt realizuje zadania zgodnie z typem projektu nr 1. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie wyposażenie uczestników w wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy, zwiększenia aktywności zawodowej oraz społecznej, zmniejszenie ryzyka wykluczenia społecznego. Rezultaty twarde: 1.Objęcie wsparciem 50osób z niepełnospr. 2.Nabycie kwalifikacji po opuszczeniu programu przez 10osób z niepełnospr. 3.Przeprowadzenie staży/praktyk zawodowych dla 12osób z niepełnosprawnością 4.Zatrudnienie 3osób z niepełnosprawnością w stopniu znacznym(15%ogółu znacznie niepełnospr., oraz niep.sprzężona) 5.Zatrudnienie 7osób z niepełnosprawnością w stopniu umiarkowanym (23%ogółu umiarkowanie niepełnospr.) Rezultaty miękkie: 1.Zwiększenie pewności siebie i własnych umiejętności wśród 11 ON w st.umiarkowanym(37%) i 7 ON w st.znacznym lub z niep.sprzężonymi (35%) 2.Poprawa umiejętności rozwiązywania pojawiających się problemów wśród 11 ON w st.umiarkowanym i 7 ON w st.znacznym lub z niep.sprzężonymi 3.Doświadczenie widocznej poprawy w funkcjonowaniu wśród 11 ON w st.umiarkowanym i 7 ON w st.znacznym lub z niep.sprzężonymi 4.11 ON w st.umiarkowanym i 7 ON w st.znacznym lub z niep.sprzężonymi zrobi postęp w procesie aktywizacji społecznej i zmniejszy dystans do zatrudnienia poprzez np.zarejestrowanie w PUP (Polish)

The project aims to mobilise 50 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion (30M, 20K) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those facing multiple social exclusion, moderate and significant disabilities, and with disabilities associated with post-01.10.2017 Suwalski, jneński and augustowski in the period from to 30.09.2019, using social and professional activation instruments. The main objective will be achieved through the use of instruments targeting social and occupational activation, i.e.: 1.Specialised advice, including psychological, legal, professional 2.Kursy/professional training 3.Traineeships/professional practice 4.ToR The project performs tasks according to the type of project 1. The main output of the project will be to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed in the labour market, to increase their participation in the labour market and in society, to reduce the risk of social exclusion.
