Cel główny projektu to wzrost aktywności na polu zawodowym, a co za tym idzie zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia u 60 osób (38K/22M) długotrwale bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30. urodzin) z terenu powiatu ostrowieckiego poprzez kompleksowy program aktywizacji zawodowej obejmujący IPD, doradztwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, kursy i staże w okresie IX 2019 - I 2021. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego PI - wzrostu aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia. Wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby długotrwale bezrobotne powyżej 29 roku życia (w wieku 30 lat i więcej, od dnia 30. urodzin) z terenu powiatu ostrowieckiego, znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należące do przynajmniej jednej z kategorii: - kobiety, -osoby po 50 roku życia, -z niskimi kwalifikacjami, -osoby niepełnosprawne, (statusy mogą się krzyżować). W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną kursy: Operator obrabiarek CNC, Magazynier z obsługą wózka widłowego, Spawacz MAG i TIG, Pracownik ds kadr i płac, Opiekun osoby starszej i niepełnosprawnej. Uczestnicy/-czki projektu objęci zostaną doradztwem zawodowym i pośrednictwem pracy. Odbędą 4-miesięczne płatne staże, które pozwolą im nabyć doświadczenie zawodowe. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie powiatu ostrowieckiego w okresie IX 2019-I 2021 Kwota dofinansowania 821 294,95 zł Wkład własny 43 226,05 zł (Polish)

The main purpose of the project is to increase activity in the professional field and thus to increase the employment opportunities for 60 people (38K/22M) of the long-term unemployed aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) from the District of the People, through a comprehensive professional activation programme including IPD, careers advice, job matching, courses and traineeships for the period IX 2019 to I 2021. The project will contribute to the achievement of PI’s specific objective — to increase participation and employment of vulnerable people in the labour market, who are looking for employment. Support will cover the long-term unemployed over the age of 29 (aged 30 and over, since the 30th birthday) from the county of Ostrovets, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. falling into at least one of the categories: — women with disabilities after the age of 50, -persons with disabilities (statuses can cross). In the framework of the project, the following courses will be implemented: The operator of the machine tools CNC, the forklift driver, the MAG and TIG welders, staff for staff and salaries, Carers and disabled persons. The participants in the project will be subject to professional counselling and work placement. There will be 4 months of paid traineeships to acquire professional experience.
