Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 90 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskich. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. szkolenia, prace interwencyjne, doposażenie lub wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, staż, dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in conecim district. The main result of the project will be the start of the work of the 90 people registered in the PUP in Końskie. Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of labour market activation will be presented to each participant which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. training, contingency work, retrofitting or equipping the work station for the unemployed person, one-off measures for setting up a business, a traineeship, a salary subsidy for unemployed persons, job placement and/or occupational guidance.
