Głównym celem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Opatów tj. budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy i Samorządowego Zespołu Szkół nr 2. Projekt zakłada m.in. wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, termoizolację budynków, prace wewnątrz budynku związane z instalacją urządzeń odzysku ciepła, modernizacja instalacji c.o., montaż pompy ciepła, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych, itp. WSKAŹNIKI: Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła – 2, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych [kWh/rok] - 1424873,62, liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 2, szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych CO2/rok [tony] – 451,67, zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów [GJ/rok] - 5002,00, ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej [GJ/rok] - 4854,69, ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej [MWh/rok] - 0,00,powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji w m2 - 4360,27, liczba przebudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 2, Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 3 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014-2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi Działania 3.3 Poprawa efektywności energetycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym. The main objective of the project is the deep thermal renovation of the 2 public buildings in the municipality of Opates, i.e. the building of the Office of the Town and Local Government of the School Complex No 2. The project includes, inter alia, the replacement of window and door frames, the thermal insulation of the buildings, the interior works associated with the installation of the heat recovery equipment, the modernisation of the heating system, the installation of the heat pump, the installation of the photovoltaic installation, etc. INDICATORS: Number of modernised heat sources — 2, reduction of the annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] — 1424873,62, number of refurbished buildings — 2, estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions CO2/rok [tonnes] — 451,67, reduction in final energy consumption of projects [GJ/year] — 5002,00, amount of saved heat energy [GJ/year] — 4854,69, amount of saved electricity [MWh/year] — 0,00, the value of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation in m² — 4360,27, the number of buildings restructured from RES to 2, the number of buildings to be rebuilt from RES to 3, the number of buildings to be rebuilt from RES to, the objectives of the project and its planned activities shall be consistent with the specific objectives set for the Priority Axes of ROP WŚ 2014-2020 and the specific objectives of Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and housing sector.
