Miejsce realizacji-Brzeg Dolny, pow.wołowski, woj.dolnośląskie. Zarz.Wnioskodawca (zasoby własne-koordynacja, rozl.cz.pracy, odb. techn, kontrola meryt.dok. oraz zew. Inż.kontraktu (zam.publ, praca z wykonawcą, kontr. wdrożenia, kontr. funkcjonalności ostatecznej). Zostaną zmodernizowane istn. e-usługi oraz zakupione i wdrożone dod. e-usługi, zostanie zakupiony również odpowiedni sprzęt pozwalający wykorzystywać funkcjonalność budowanego systemu oraz realizować wdrożone e-usługi. Działania w ramach projektu: • System EZD z nakładką dla jedn.org– obecnie cały obieg dokumentów jest prowadzony ręcznie, włącznie z dekretacji i księgowaniem dok., obecny system nie umożliwia realizacji usług administracji publicznej przez Internet • portal BIP – obecny system nie umożliwia uzyskiwania informacji o stanie sprawy w UG-systemy nie współpracują ze sobą, EZD nie funkcjonuje, nie umożliwia realizacji usług administracji publicznej przez Internet. Planowana jest migracja danych z obecnego systemu. • Utworzenie pktu potwierdzania i rej. profilu EPUAP – w chwili obecnej Urząd nie ma takich możliwości co uniemożliwia użytkownikom realizację usług przez Internet, • Zakup i wdrożenie modułu e-podatki umożliwiającego przesyłanie deklaracji i wymianę koresp. z klientem • wdrożenie e-usługi do SIP-generowanie wypisów i wyrysów z rej.gruntów, • Cyfrowy e-urząd – zakup mod. do składania wniosków, śledzenia przebiegu sprawy i korespondencja z JST, • E-nieruchomości – portal dla mieszkańców i inwestorów obrazujący nieruchomości na sprzedaż i dzierżawę oferowane przez Gminę z lokalizacją • wdrożenie aplikacji e-cmentarz, • wdrożenie archiwizacji danych oraz automatycznego back up – sprzęt i oprogramowanie – w chwili obecnej wszystkie te czynności dokonywane są ręcznie • Zakup skanera A3 do digitalizacji dokumentów, • Zakup urządzenia wielofunkcyjnego z możliwością wydruków A3 , • Infor.i promocja–zamieszczanie informacji na stronie Urzędu, oznaczenie miejsca realizacji projek (Polish)

Place of implementation of Brzeg Dolny, pow.beef, war.Dolnośląskie. The applicant (own resources — coordination and/or employment, Reg. Inż.contract (public, work with contractor, operative part, operative part of the contract). Existing e-services and the purchase and implementation of e-services will be further developed, as well as appropriate equipment to make use of the functionality of the built system and implement the e-services deployed. Project activities: • The system EZD with a cap for single.org- currently the entire circulation of documents is carried out by hand, including the decree and recording of the document, the current system does not allow public administration services over the Internet• the BIP portal — the current system does not allow for information on the state of the case in the BU-systems do not cooperate with each other, the EZD does not work, it does not allow the administration of the public administration services via the Internet. The migration of data from the current system is planned. • The Authority is currently not in a position to create a letter of confirmation and rein the ePUAP profile, the Authority does not currently have the capacity to do so,• Purchase and implementation of an e-tax module,• Implementation of e-service module to SIP-generation from the land,• Digital e-office — purchase of fashion for submission, follow-up and correspondence with JST,• E-property — a portal for residents and investors that depicts real estate on the sale and lease offered by the Municipality from the location• Implement the e-cemetery application,• Implement the data archiving and the automatic back up — hardware and software — all of these activities are now carried out in the hands of the Authority,• Purchase of a multifunction device with the possibility of print-outs A3,• Infor.and promotional item information on the Authority’s website, marking of the site of the project.
