Zakres projektu obejmuje budowę wiaty na odpady segregowane i rampy najazdowej na terenie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną na działkach nr ewidencyjny 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (obręb 0004 Kozienice), położonych w Kozienicach przy ul. Chartowej. Projektowana wiata na odpady segregowane wraz z boksami na szkło i rzeczy do ponownego użycia nawiązuje do istniejącej zabudowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, w skład którego wchodzą budynki użytkowe, wiata, place manewrowe i składowe, utwardzone zjazdy z drogi gminnej, uzbrojenie podziemne, oświetlenie zewnętrzne i ogrodzenie. Realizacja Projektu zwiększy możliwości związane z odzyskiem i unieszkodliwianiem odpadów w sposób zapewniający ochronę życia i zdrowia ludzi oraz ochronę środowiska zgodnie z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Celami szczegółowymi Projektu są: zwiększenie efektywności działania selektywnej zbiórki odpadów w Kozienicach, poprawa poziomu ochrony środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie zanieczyszczeń wód podziemnych i gleb, poprawa warunków i wzrost komfortu życia mieszkańców, promocja gminy jako miejsca oferującego wysoki komfort bytowania i atrakcyjne miejsce wypoczynku oraz aktywnej rekreacji, ograniczenie możliwości składowania odpadów niebezpiecznych występujących w strumieniu odpadów komunalnych oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy. Grupę docelową stanowią: mieszkańcy Gminy Kozienice, władze samorządowe Gminy Kozienice i KGK Sp. z.o.o. Realizacja Projektu ma na celu poprawę efektywności systemu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych na terenie gminy Kozienice, m.in. w zakresie dostępności niezbędnej infrastruktury dla mieszkańców regionu. Projekt jest wykonalny pod względem organizacyjnym i prawnym - doświadczenie Beneficjenta w prowadzeniu podobnych projektów gwarantuje prawidłową realizację założeń i działań, na których oparty został projekt. The scope of the project involves the construction of segregated and ramp loading bays on the site of the selective municipal waste collection point and the technical infrastructure on parcels 143/4, 146/1, 149/1 (rim 0004 Kozienice) located in Kozienice at ul. Charta. The bill on waste broken down together with the cubicles on glass and goods for re-use makes reference to the existing building block of the selective municipal waste collection point, which includes utility buildings, shelters, areas of shunting and components, paved roads with local road, underground arms, exterior lighting and fencing. The implementation of the project will increase the possibilities for recovery and disposal of waste in such a way as to protect human life and health and protect the environment in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. The specific objectives of the Project are to: to increase the efficiency of the operation of separate waste collection in Kozienice, to improve the level of environmental protection by reducing pollution of groundwater and soil, to improve conditions and to increase the quality of life of the inhabitants, to promote the municipality as a site offering a high comfort of living and attractive place of leisure and active recreation, to limit the storage of hazardous waste occurring in the municipal waste stream and to create new jobs. The target group consists of: the residents of Kozienice, the municipal authorities of Kozienice and KGK KGK Sp. z.o.o. are intended to improve the efficiency of the separate collection system for municipal waste in the municipality of Kozienice, including as regards the availability of the necessary infrastructure for the inhabitants of the region. The project is technically and legally feasible — the experience of the Beneficiary in running similar projects ensures the correct implementation of the objectives and activities on which the project is based.
