Projekt zakłada montaż instalacji pozyskiwania energii odnawialnej na wybranych spośród zgłoszonych do udziału w projekcie budynkach mieszkalnych, jednorodzinnych zlokalizowanych na terenie Miasta Ruda Śląska.
