Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowego, kompletnie wyposażonego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Gniewie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Prace budowlano-montażowe realizowane będą w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Odrębnie zamówione zostanie wyposażenie PSZOK. Zapewniony zostanie nadzór inwestorski nad całością zadania inwestycyjnego (projektowaniem, budową i dostawą wyposażenia). Przeprowadzone zostaną obowiązkowe działania w zakresie informacji i promocji. W ramach projektu uwzględnione zostały również zadania związane z jego przygotowaniem i zarządzaniem. W ramach cross-financingu (instrumentu elastyczności) zaplanowano działania edukacyjne w zakresie zapobiegania powstawaniu odpadów, właściwego postępowania z odpadami oraz odzysku i recyklingu odpadów. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi na terenie Miasta i Gminy Gniew, dla osiągnięcia wymaganych poziomów recyklingu i odzysku odpadów komunalnych. The object of the project is the construction of a new, completely equipped set of selective waste collection point with an accompanying infrastructure. The construction and assembly works will be carried out under the “design and demolition” mode. The equipment of the PSZOK will be commissioned separately. The investor’s oversight of all investment tasks (design, construction and delivery of equipment) will be ensured. Mandatory information and publicity measures will be carried out. The project also included tasks related to its preparation and management. In the framework of cross-financing (Flexibility Instrument), educational activities on waste prevention, proper handling and recovery and recycling of waste are planned. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the municipal waste management system in the city and municipality of Gniezno, in order to achieve the required levels of recycling and recovery of municipal waste.
