Celem projektu Kompetencje kluczowe w Gminie Spiczyn jest wzrost poziomu kompetencji kluczowych (ICT, matematyczno-przyrodniczych i językowych), postaw i umiejętności istotnych na rynku pracy u 520 uczniów (255 dziewcząt i 265 chłopców ), w tym u uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami, oraz kompetencji w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, narzędzi, sprzętu i technologii wśród 50 nauczycieli poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do wysokiej jakości oferty edukacyjnej obejmującej: zajęcia wyrównawcze i rozwijające, doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe, pomoc psychologiczno-pedagogiczną dla uczniów i szkolenia dla nauczycieli oraz poprawa infrastruktury edukacyjnej 6 szkół ogólnokształcących położonych na terenie gminy Spiczyn. Cel osiągnięty zostanie do 30.06.2020. Głównymi rezultatami projektu będzie zwiększenie jakości i atrakcyjności nauczania w placówkach objętych wsparciem w wyniku wyposażenia pracowni szkolnych i wzrostu kompetencji dydaktycznych kadry nauczycielskiej oraz wzrost kompetencji kluczowych uczniów w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, ICT oraz języków obcych. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie łącznie 570 osób, w tym 520 uczniów i 50 nauczycieli z 6 szkół ogólnokształcących położonych na terenie gminy Spiczyn. W ramach projektu uczniowie skorzystają z zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe prowadzonych w sposób kształtujący postawy takie jak innowacyjność, kreatywność, praca zespołowa, druga natomiast weźmie udział w szkoleniach podnoszących kompetencje w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, technologii i sprzętu. Ponadto w ramach zaplanowanych działań placówki uzyskają dostęp do nowoczesnego wyposażenia pracowni przyrodniczych, matematycznych i informatycznych, co przełoży się na znaczącą poprawę jakości nauczania. The aim of the project is to increase the level of key competences (ICT, mathematics and languages), attitudes and skills relevant to the labour market with 520 students (255 girls and 265 boys), including students with disabilities, and competences in the use of modern methods, tools, equipment and technology among 50 teachers by providing access to high quality learning opportunities including: remedial and vocational training, educational and professional advice, psychological and pedagogical assistance for pupils and teacher training, and the improvement of the educational infrastructure of 6 general schools located in the municipality of Spirczyn. The target will be reached by 30.06.2020. The main results of the project will be to increase the quality and attractiveness of teaching in educational establishments, as a result of equipping school workers and increasing the teaching skills of teaching staff and increasing the competences of key students in mathematics and science, ICT and foreign languages. The target group of the project will be a total of 570 people, including 520 students and 50 teachers from 6 general schools located in the municipality of Spirczyn. Within the project, students will benefit from activities that develop key competences in shaping attitudes such as innovation, creativity, teamwork, while the other will take part in training courses to increase competences in the use of modern methods, technologies and equipment. In addition, as part of the planned activities, the establishment will gain access to modern equipment for natural, mathematical and IT facilities, which will translate into significant improvements in the quality of teaching.
