Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Obsza. Projekt obejmuje zadania inwestycyjne polegające na wykonaniu prac termomodernizacyjnych w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Obsza w tj. budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Obszy, Szkoły Podstawowej w Zamchu i Szkoły Podstawowej w Babicach oraz budynku Urzędu Gminy Obsza. Proj. odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby interesariuszy. Beneficjentami bezpośrednimi i pośrednimi projektu będą użytkownicy budynków użyteczności publicznej tj. łącznie 107 pracowników, 416 uczniów 3 szkół podstawowych oraz 4310 petentów urzędu gminy jako mieszkańców Gminy Obsza. Przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na termomodernizacji budynków obejmujących m.in. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu wentylowanego, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymiana opraw i świetlówek LED, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, wymiana kotłów grzewczych na biomasowe, montaż klimatyzacji i instalacji fotowoltaicznej w budynku Urzędu Gminy. W wyniku realizacji projektu 4 budynki użyteczności publicznej zostanie poddanych pracom termomodernizacyjnym. W ramach inwestycji w 3 budynkach zamontowany zostanie kocioł grzewczy na paliwo biomasowe. Łącznia powierzchnia użytkowa ogrzewana obiektów podlegających termomodernizacji wyniesie 10 776,95 m2. W wyniku podjętych prac termomodernizacyjnych rocznie zaoszczędzone zostanie 7963,01 GJ/rok energii cieplnej. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji planowane jest zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 1096,86 Mg ekwiwalentu CO2. Budynki objęte projektem oraz ich obszar nie są objęte nadzorem konserwatora zabytków i nie są wpisane do rejestru zabytków lub ewidencji zabytków. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Obj. The project consists of investment tasks consisting of the completion of thermal modernisation works in public buildings in the municipality Obzyn, i.e. the basic School’s buildings at the Primary School, the Primary School in Zamość and the Primary School in Babicach and the Building of the Office of the Region. The Polish authorities are responsible for the identified needs of the stakeholders. The direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project will be the users of the public buildings, i.e. a total of 107 employees, 416 students of 3 primary schools and 4310 of the municipal authorities of the municipality as local inhabitants. The project will be based on energy renovation of buildings including insulation of external walls, ventilation valve, replacement of window and door frames, replacement of luminaires and LED bulbs, modernisation of heating installation, replacement of heating boilers for biomass, installation of air conditioning and photovoltaic installation in the Authority’s building. As a result of the project, 4 public buildings will be renovated. As part of the investment in 3 buildings, a heating boiler will be installed for a biomass fuel. The construction surface of the heated buildings to be thermoupgraded will be 10 776.95 m². As a result of the thermomodernisation work undertaken, 7963,01 GJ/year of heat energy will be saved annually. By implementing the investment, it is planned to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 1096,86 Mg CO2 equivalent. The buildings covered by the project and their area are not under the supervision of a monument and are not recorded in the register of monuments or historical monuments. (English)
