Projekt pn. „Rozbudowa Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Gminie Nowa Brzeźnica” ma na celu wzrost udziału odpadów zebranych selektywnie, a co za tym idzie poprawę stanu środowiska przyrodniczego. PSZOK służyć będzie mieszkańcom tej gminy. Liczba osób zameldowanych wg. stanu na dzień 31 grudnia 2016 roku wynosiła 4645, a objętych dotychczas PSZOK - 0. Wraz ze wzrostem ilości odpadów zbieranych selektywnie nastąpi wzrost masy odpadów przeznaczonych do procesu recyklingu. Jednocześnie zmniejszeniu ulegnie masa odpadów przeznaczonych do składowania. W PSZOK-u odbierane będą 24 frakcje odpadów komunalnych, w tym frakcje uznane za niebezpieczne. Punkt będzie dostępny dla mieszkańców Gminy Nowa Brzeźnica przez 6 dni w tygodniu, we wszystkie dni robocze, a także w każdą sobotę, przez 4 godziny. W efekcie realizacji projektu utworzone zostaną dodatkowe funkcje. Planuje się utworzenie punktu przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odpadów, celem ponownego użycia. Projekt realizowany będzie o okresie II kw. 2018 – IV kw. 2019, w tym roboty budowlane w roku 2019. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie w wytycznymi dotyczącymi uniwersalnego projektowania. Wartość całkowita wynosi 518 076,00 zł brutto. Wartość nakładów zaliczanych do kosztów kwalifikowanych wynosi 394 866,66 zł. W ramach środków własnych w budżecie wnioskodawcy zostanie zabezpieczona kwota 182 439,34 zł, na pokrycie kosztów stanowiących wydatki niekwalifikowane - podatek VAT w wysokości 96 876,00 i wkład własny 85 563,34 zł. Planowana dotacja z Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Łódzkiego stanowi 85% kosztów kwalifikowanych i wynosi 335 636,66 zł. Projekt jest spójny z celami Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Łódzkiego, dzięki realizacji zwiększy się liczba instalacji do zbierania odpadów komunalnych, zwiększą się możliwości w zakresie recyklingu, poprawi się niska efektywność selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych. The project entitled: ‘The construction of a selective waste collection point in the municipality of Nowa Bslaughnica’ is intended to increase the share of waste collected separately and thus to improve the natural environment. The PSZOK will serve the inhabitants of the municipality. As of 31 December 2016, the number of persons registered as at was 4645 and the number of persons registered as registered so far — 0. With the increase in the number of separately collected waste, there will be an increase in the weight of the waste destined for the recycling process. At the same time, the waste to be disposed of will be reduced. In the PMS, 24 fractions of municipal waste, including those considered dangerous, will be received. The point will be available to the residents of the Municipality of Nowa Bslaughnica, for 6 days a week, on all working days, and every Saturday for 4 hours. As a result of the project, additional functions will be created. It is planned to set up a facility for the adoption of second-hand goods not containing waste for re-use. The project will be carried out in the period of the second quarter of the year. 2018-4th quarter 2019, including construction work in 2019. The project will be implemented in accordance with the guidelines for universal design. The total value is PLN 518 076,00 gross. The cost of the eligible expenditure amounts to PLN 394 866,66. Within the own resources of the applicant’s budget, an amount of PLN 182 439,34 will be secured to cover costs incurred as non-eligible expenditure — VAT of PLN 96 876,00 and own contribution (PLN 85 563,34). The planned grant from the Regional Operational Programme for Łódzkie amounts to 85 % of the eligible costs and amounts to PLN 335 636,66. The project is consistent with the objectives of the Regional Development Strategy of the Łódź Region, which will increase the number of municipal waste collection facilities, increase the possibilities for recycling, improve the efficiency of the separate collection of municipal waste.
