Przedmiotem projektu będzie optymalizacja oraz maksymalizacja efektywności kluczowych procesów biznesowych realizowanych w modelu B2B, B2C i B2E związanych z: -procesem zarządzania sprzedażą i kontrahentami -procesem zaopatrzenia i dystrybucji -procesem raportowania dzięki inwestycjom w nowoczesną, innowacyjną w skali kraju technologię informatyczną wraz z niezbędną do obsłużenia zwiększonej ilości danych infrastrukturą techniczną. Zakres przewidzianych projektem prac opiera się na nabyciu odpowiednich modułów systemu oraz niezbędnej infrastruktury sprzętowej gwarantującej wydajne i bezawaryjne działanie zastosowanej technologii dzięki czemu wdrożona zostanie innowacja procesowa w skali kraju, jak również organizacyjna oraz marketingowa w skali przedsiębiorstwa. Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia, zwiększenie poziomu eksportu i wejście na nowe rynki zbytu, oraz wzrost sprzedaży ogółem w wyniku usprawnienia procesów biznesowych. The project will optimise and maximise the efficiency of key business processes B2B, B2C and B2E related to: — sales management and supply and distribution processes — reporting through investment in a state-of-the-art innovative IT technology in the country, with the necessary capacity to accommodate the increased amount of technical infrastructure in question. The scope of the work envisaged is based on the acquisition of the relevant system modules and the necessary equipment infrastructure to ensure efficient and seamless operation of the technology used, thereby putting in place national, organisational and business innovation. The project will result in an increase in employment, increased export levels and entry into new markets, and increase in total sales as a result of improved business processes. (English)
