Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnego systemu płatności działającego w chmurze bazującego na architekturze blockchain. System ten przeznaczony będzie głównie dla klientów niepełnoletnich, w szczególności do wykorzystania w grach oraz innych rodzajach wydawnictw cyfrowych, a więc tam, gdzie celowe może być wprowadzenie nano- lub micro-płatności (płatności o bardzo małej wartości – gdzie kwoty będą liczone w pojedynczych groszach, eurocentach, centach, itp. – dotychczasowe rozwiązania nie umożliwiają takich płatności, gdyż koszt technologiczny obsługi płatności znacząco przewyższa wartość transakcji czyniąc ją nieopłacalną). Istotną cechą planowanego systemu płatności będzie wysoki poziom bezpieczeństwa wrażliwych danych przechowywanych w chmurze publicznej. Aby go osiągnąć technologia opracowana w ramach projektu będzie wykorzystywać najnowsze metody kryptograficzne, autorskie metody zabezpieczeń kluczy prywatnych oraz autorskie sposoby przechowywania danych. Planuje się również wprowadzić usługi komplementarne, takie jak inteligentne kontrakty (zautomatyzowane umowy pomiędzy stronami, nad których realizacją czuwają algorytmy, pełniące funkcję arbitra). Projekt rozpocznie się od prac weryfikujących możliwości umieszczenia aplikacji klienta w chmurze obliczeniowej wraz z przechowywaniem w niej wrażliwych i wartościowych danych (np. dane z cyfrowymi pieniędzmi i klucze prywatne).
