Obsahem projektu je vyhotovení Územního plánu Blatná, jehož cílem je komplexní řešení koncepce rozvoje celého správního území města Blatná. Aktivity projektu vyplývají ze zákona č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu (dále jen "stavební zákon") a spočívají v jednotlivých etapách definovaných stavebním zákonem, resp. §43 - 54. Územní plán Blatná zajistí vytvoření předpokladů pro výstavbu a udržitelný rozvoj území ve vazbě na veřejný zájem týkající se ochrany a rozvoje hodnot území. (Czech)

The project consists of drawing up the Blatná Úearth Plan, which aims to comprehensively address the concept of development of the whole administrative territory of the town of Blatná. The activities of the project are set out in Act No 183/2006 on land-use planning and building regulations (‘the Building Act’) and consist of the various stages defined by the Construction Act and Sections 43-54 respectively. The zoning plan shall ensure that the conditions for the construction and sustainable development of the territory in relation to the public interest relating to the protection and development of the values of the territory are created.
