Projekt vnáší do agendy SPOD (pilotně MČ P 8) v UK licencovaný nástroj (OS) měření impaktu, změn a podpory změn pro děti ohrožené CAN a jejich sociálně ohrožené rodiče, využívá ho pro matching problému s vhodnou intervencí a její design. Dále OS napojuje na mobilní týmy ? model práce pro řešení CAN (prevence ÚV) a zabránění nežádoucích sociálně patologických jevů s ním souvisejících. Jde o zvyšování schopností CS k sociální integraci a úsporu státu za nákladná řešení. Model popsán k replikaci. (Czech)

The project brings into the SPoD (Pilot MAB P 8) in UK a licensed tool (OS) to measure the impact, changes and support changes to children at risk of CAN and their socially vulnerable parents, using it in order to match the problem with appropriate intervention and its design. In addition, the OS is linked to mobile teams and the work model for CAN (Prevention of the ÚV) and the avoidance of adverse socio-pathological phenomena related to it. It is about raising the capacity of the CS to social integration and saving the economy as a costly solution. The model is described for replication. (English)
