Projekt je zaměřen na zkvalitnění stávajících sociálních služeb a poskytování sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi a odbornéhosociálního poradenství v přímé práci s klienty. Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou sociálně ohrožené osoby a rodiny s dětmi a osoby v krizové situaci na Hlučínsku. Cílem projektu je obnovení narušených funkcí rodin, jejich stabilizace, prevence a eliminace dopadu krizových situací na osoby a rodiny vč. zamezování rozvoje sociálně patologických jevů u osob CS. The project aims to improve existing social services and the provision of social activation services for families with children and technical expertise in direct work with clients. The target group of the project is socially vulnerable people and families with children and persons in crisis situation in HluChina. The project aims at restoring impaired family functions, stabilising, preventing and eliminating the impact of crisis situations on persons and families, including preventing the development of socially pathological phenomena among people.
