Náplní projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit dle komplexního vzdělávacího plánu, jehož cílem je rozvoj a zvýšení úrovně potřebných odborných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků napříč členy spolku Společně vzhůru, z.s. Dlouhodobý vzdělávací plán je sestaven s ohledem na aktuální vývoj požadavků trhu práce s cílem přizpůsobení se zvýšeným nárokům na zaměstnance jednotlivých firem, jež jsou členy spolku. (Czech)
