Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać uczestnikom, jest zwiększenie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia osób opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3, realizowane w postaci rozwiązań ułatwiających wejście lub powrót na rynek pracy, oraz zwiększających szanse utrzymania pracy. Projekt skierowany do grupy 164 osób, w tym 32 (20%) bezrobotnych lub osób biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym do osób, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywających na urlopach wychowawczych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r.- Kodeks Pracy oraz 132 (80%) osób pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Osoby te pracują, uczą się lub mieszkają w województwie pomorskim w szczególności w gminie Puck (GP) i Gdańsku – dzielnica Oliwa(GMG). Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: • Minimum 15 osób, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu Programu, • Minimum 60 osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie. Działania: • Utworzenie 1 żłobka w Gdańsku posiadającego 100 miejsc i 1 żłobka w Leśniewie posiadającego 64 miejsca, • Bieżące funkcjonowanie nowych żłobków w ramach projektu przez okres 17 miesięcy w Leśniewie i w Gdańsku. Projekt realizowany będzie w Partnerstwie Fundacji Pozytywne Inicjatywy (FPI), Gminy Miasta Gdańska (GMG)(w imieniu której zadanie będzie realizowało CKZiU nr 1 w Gdańsku) i Pozytywne Inicjatywy – Edukacja Sp. z o.o., które zapewni osiągnięcie wszystkich zakładanych rezultatów i celów projektu oraz umożliwi zachowanie trwałości projektu – nowe miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 funkcjonować będą przez okres minimum 2 lat (24 m-ce) od zakończenia projektu. Współpraca ww podmiotów przyczyni się do stworzenia miejsc zapewniających bezpieczeństwo i optymalne warunki do rozwoju młodych Pomorzan, wpływając jednocześnie na wzrost komfortu ich pracujących opiekunów. The most important effect of the project is to increase and maintain the employment of people caring for children up to 3 years, implemented in the form of solutions that facilitate entry or return to the labour market, and increase the chances of maintaining work. The project addressed to a group of 164 people, including 32 (20 %) unemployed or inactive people who are out of the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional careers due to the birth of a child or who are on parental leave within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 and 132 (80 %) of persons working with children up to 3 years old. These people work, study or live in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in particular in the municipality of Puck (GP) and Gdańsk — Oliwa district (GMG). Specific objectives of the project: • A minimum of 15 people who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the Programme • Minimum 60 people who have returned to the labour market after a break related to the birth/upbringing of a child or who have maintained employment. Activities: • Creation of 1 nursery in Gdańsk with 100 seats and 1 nursery in Leśniewo with 64 seats, • The current operation of new crèches as part of the project for a period of 17 months in Leśniwo and Gdańsk. The project will be implemented in the Partnership of the Positive Initiative Foundation (FPI), the Municipality of Gdańsk (GMG) (on behalf of which the task will be implemented by CKZiU No. 1 in Gdańsk) and Positive Initiatives — Edukacja Sp. z o.o., which will ensure the achievement of all the project’s expected results and objectives and will ensure the sustainability of the project — new places of childcare up to 3 years will operate for a minimum period of 2 years (24 months) from the end of the project. Cooperation of these entities will contribute to the creation of places ensuring safety and optimal conditions for the development of young Pomeranians, while at the same time increasing the comfort of their working carers.
