Cel projektu to zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 78 os młodych do 29 r.ż (42K 36M) pozostających bez pracy i zarejestrowanych jako bezrobotne w pow. mławskim, w woj. mazowieckim, poprzez wsparcie ich w indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej w okresie 01.04.2022 -31.08.2023 w rezultacie czego podejmą oni i utrzymają zatrudnienie bądź samozatrudnienie oraz podniosą swoje kompetencje przedsiębiorcze i zostaną przygotowani do prowadzenia własnej firmy. Realizowane będą działania z zakresu poradnictwa zawodowego i pośrednictwa pracy oraz instrumenty w postaci prac interwencyjnych i jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej poprzedzonych szkoleniem ABC Przedsiębiorczości umożliwiający nabycie lub podwyższenie kompetencji przez UP. Wsparcie udzielane będzie wyłącznie w sposób i na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dn. 20.04.2004r o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Osiągnięte zostaną m.in. następujące wskaźniki rezultatu : 1.Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu -26 ( 6K,20M), 2. Liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu-73 (39K,34M), oraz wskaźniki produktu.Rezultatem projektu będzie także podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 44,3% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (w tym: osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCD 3)), oraz 60,4% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z w/w wymienionych grup. Zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji uczestnikami będą zarówno K jak i M (w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami). Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym PO WER 2014-2020 Osi I Osoby młode na rynku pracy oraz z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. Przyjęte w projekcie cele, wskaźniki i zadania wpisują się w zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju, a wnioskodawca oświadcza, że w czasie jego realizacji zapewni zgodność wszystkich działań z tą zasadą. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 78 young people by 29 years (42K 36M) who are unemployed and registered as unemployed in Mławaskie Voivodeship, by supporting them in individual and comprehensive professional activation in the period 01.04.2022-31.08.2023 as a result of which they will take up and maintain employment or self-employment and increase their entrepreneurial competences and will be prepared to run their own company. Activities in the field of vocational guidance and placement, as well as instruments in the form of intervention works and one-off measures for starting a business, preceded by ABC Entrepreneurship training, will be implemented, enabling the acquisition or upgrading of competences by the PU. The support will be provided only in the manner and in accordance with the rules laid down in the Act of the European Parliament and of the Council. 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Among others, the following result indicators will be achieved: 1.Number of persons under 30 years of age who have obtained a qualification or acquired competence after leaving the program -26 (6K,20M), 2. Number of people working after leaving the programme-73 (39K,34M), and output indicators.The project will also result in at least 44.3 % of the most vulnerable people on the labour market taking up employment (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCD 3)) and 60.4 % of those who do not qualify for any of these groups. In accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, participants will be both K and M (including persons with disabilities). The project is in line with the specific objective of OP WER 2014-2020 Axis I Young people on the labour market and with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation. The objectives, indicators and tasks adopted in the project are consistent with the principle of sustainable development and the applicant declares that during its implementation it will ensure that all activities comply with this principle.
