Celem interwencji jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród: osób bezrobotnych, zarejestrowanych w UPPO, w wieku pow. 30rż (osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby starsze w wieku pow.50 roku życia, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety- min. 80%) oraz bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii os. bezrob. znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (grupa ta dot. wyłącznie szkoleń, a jej udział w projekcie nie jest obligatoryjny).Grupa docelowa- osoby, o których mowa w celu interwencji. Status na rynku pracy określany jest w dniu rozpoczęcia uczestnictwa w projekcie. Wybór gr. docelowej jest zgodny z SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, a cel projektu jest zgodny z celem RPO WiM 2014-2020 w zakresie Działania10.1.Realizacja projektu (w tym rekrutacji):01.01.2021r.-31.12.2022r. Zaktywizowanych zostanie 501 os. Plan wsparcia (zadania) to: staż dla 220 os., szkolenia (zgodnie z kryterium merytorycznym-specyficznym obligatoryjnym nr 4) dla 59 os. Spośród 59 uczestników szkoleń indywidualnych (kwalifikacyjne lub kompetencyjne) 23 osoby ukończą szkolenie zawodowe a 11 os. uzyskają kwalifikacje do 4 tyg. od zakończenia udziału w projekcie, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 144 os., doposażenie/wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 21 os., prace interwencyjne dla 57 os. Uczestnicy objęci będą usługą pośred. pracy lub poradnictwa zaw. Udział w projekcie pozwoli uzyskać kwalif. lub kompetencje (zgodnie z kryterium merytorycznym specyficznym obligatoryjnym nr 2). Pozwoli nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy -wykonywanie zadań w miejscu pracy, bez nawiązywania stosunku pracy(staże),co zwiększy szansę na znalezienie pracy. Dzięki pracom interwencyjnym, dopos./wypos. st.pracy i jednorazowym środkom na podjęcie dział.gosp. os.bezrob. stwarza się warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia. The aim of the intervention is to increase employment among: unemployed persons, registered in the UPPO, of the age of prof. 30rż (long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, older people aged 50 years, low-skilled people, women — at least 80 %) and unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the category of persons who are in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market (this group for training only and its participation in the project is not mandatory). The status on the labour market is determined on the date of commencement of participation in the project. The selection of the target group is in line with the SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, and the objective of the project is in line with the objective of ROP WiM 2014-2020 in the field of Action10.1.Project implementation (including recruitment):01.01.2021-31.12.2022r. 501 people will be activated. The support plan (tasks) are: traineeship for 220 pers., training (according to the substantive and specific mandatory criterion No. 4) for 59 pers. Of the 59 participants in individual training (qualifying or competent), 23 people will complete vocational training and 11 will be qualified up to 4 weeks after the end of the project, one-off funds for starting a business for 144 people, retrofitting/equipment of a workplace for 21 persons, intervention work for 57 people. Participants will be covered by the service of work or counselling. Participation in the project will allow you to obtain a qualification or competence (according to the substantive criterion specific mandatory no. 2). It will allow you to acquire practical skills to perform work — performing tasks in the workplace, without establishing an employment relationship (internships), which will increase the chance of finding a job. Thanks to intervention work, additional work/equipment, and one-off measures to take up the unit.gosp. os. unemployment, conditions are created and help in taking up employment/self-employment.
