Celem projektu jest nabycie nowych lub zwiększenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 35 osób-pracowników zagrożonych zwolnieniem, przewidzianych do zwolnienia, zwolnionych z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika lub odchodzących z rolnictwa, mieszkających lub pracujących na terenie miasta Zabrze oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 14 UP i rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej przez 21 UP do 30.04.2023. Działania oferowane w projekcie: poradnictwo zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne, coaching szkolenia, doradztwo biznesowe,wsp.finansowe na rozp.DG, staże oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu:33 Liczba osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie:18 Realizacja:01.07.2021-30.04.2023. The aim of the project is to acquire new or increase professional competences and qualifications by 35 employees at risk of dismissal, provided for dismissal, dismissed for reasons not related to the employee or leaving agriculture, living or working in the city of Zabrze and taking up employment by 14 UP and starting a business activity by 21 UP until 30.04.2023.
