Celem niniejszego projektu jest realizacja inwestycji polegającej na wdrożeniu nowej technologii wytwarzania maszyn rolniczych. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez wprowadzenie do procesu produkcyjnego unikalnego systemu powłok zabezpieczających przeznaczonych do stosowania w stalowych podzespołach maszyn. W wyniku tego działania wnioskodawca poszerzy swoją ofertę o nową gamę produktową cechującą się szeregiem innowacyjnych cech jakościowych, głównie z zakresu wytrzymałości na uszkodzenia mechaniczne czy niekorzystnego działania czynników zewnętrznych. Badania walidacyjne nowych produktów przeprowadziły niezależne jednostki badawcze, potwierdzając jednoznacznie korzystne parametry nowych elementów w porównaniu do tych powszechnie dostępnych na rynku. Wyniki prac zostały zgłoszone do ochrony patentowej. Wprowadzenie wyników prac B+R do oferty Wnioskodawcy będzie wymagało podjęcia szeregu działań inwestycyjnych i wdrożeniowych. Uruchomienie produkcji nowej gamy wyrobów wymaga zastosowania nowych urządzeń, dlatego w ramach projektu planowany jest zakup nowoczesnego ciągu technologicznego, umożliwiającego produkcję produktów o wspomnianych właściwościach a także przeprowadzenie prac związanych z budową nowego zakładu produkcyjnego. Niniejszy projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 kwietnia 2021 roku do 31 grudnia 2021 r. (Polish)

The aim of this project is to implement an investment consisting of the implementation of a new technology for the production of agricultural machinery. This will be achieved by introducing a unique system of protective coatings intended for use in steel machine components into the production process. As a result of this activity, the applicant will expand its offer with a new product range characterised by a number of innovative quality features, mainly in the field of resistance to mechanical damage or adverse effects of external factors. Validation studies of new products were carried out by independent research units, confirming unequivocally favorable parameters of the new elements compared to those commonly available on the market. The results of the works were filed for patent protection. The introduction of the results of R & D works to the applicant’s offer will require a number of investment and implementation activities. Starting the production of a new range of products requires the use of new devices, therefore, as part of the project, it is planned to purchase a modern technological sequence, enabling the production of products with these properties as well as carrying out works related to the construction of a new production plant. This project will be implemented between 1 April 2021 and 31 December 2021. (English)
