Inwestycja uwzględniająca wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, pozwoli na wprowadzenie na rynek innowacji produktowej oraz procesowej na skalę ponad krajową. W efekcie Stelspaw będzie mógł oferować cztery grupy produktowe o zdecydowanie polepszonych funkcjonalnościach. Produkty będą przeznaczone głównie na rynek producentów środków transportu oraz maszyn budowlanych, w tym dźwigowych. Przedmiot projektu zakłada stosowanie rozwiązań mających pozytywny wpływ na środowisko. Również produkt projektu będzie miał wyraźny charakter prośrodowiskowy ze względu na zwiększoną trwałość, obniżoną wagę, Ważna jest również specyfika zrobotyzowanego spawania hybrydowego, dzięki któremu nastąpi redukcja czasu spawania, ograniczenie ilości drutu spawalniczego, gazów technicznych i energii. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji nastąpi także wzrost zatrudnienia. Koncepcja projektu zakłada wdrożenie wyników zleconych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R. Celem prac B+R było opracowanie technologii produkcji dedykowanej specyficznym potrzebom wnioskodawcy w zakresie spawania. Potrzeba realizacji inwestycji jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby firmy Stelspaw, szerokiego grona finalnych odbiorców jej produktów oraz możliwości, które stwarza branża. Przeprowadzona dogłębna analiza potrzeb rynkowych, które zostaną zaspokojone poprzez realizację projektu oraz widoczny popyt wynikający m.in. z obserwowanych trendów na rynku środków transportu i urządzeń są gwarancją, że istnieje szerokie zapotrzebowanie na produkt, który w wyniku inwestycji będzie oferować wnioskodawca. Osiągnięcie stawianych celów wymaga poniesienia nakładów inwestycyjnych na gruntu, budowę nowego zakładu oraz wskazanych w harmonogramie środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych niezbędnych do procesu produkcyjnego. Projekt jest przedsięwzięciem rentownym i cechuje się znaczącą opłacalnością wdrożenia. Wnioskodawca zapewnia pełną możliwość realizacji projektu. Projekt realizowany będzie w woj. podkarpackim. The investment taking into account the implementation of the results of R & D works will allow for the introduction of product and process innovation on a national scale. As a result, Stelspaw will be able to offer four product groups with significantly improved functionalities. The products will be mainly intended for the market of manufacturers of means of transport and construction machinery, including lifts. The subject of the project assumes the use of solutions that have a positive impact on the environment. Also, the product of the project will have a clear pro-environmental character due to increased durability, reduced weight, the specificity of robotic hybrid welding is also important, thanks to which there will be reduction of welding time, reducing the amount of welding wire, technical gases and energy. As a result of the investment, employment will also increase. The project concept assumes implementation of the results commissioned by the Applicant for R & D. The aim of the R & D works was to develop a production technology dedicated to the specific needs of the applicant in the field of welding. The need to implement the investment is a response to the identified needs of Stelspaw, a wide range of final recipients of its products and the opportunities offered by the industry. An in-depth analysis of market needs that will be met through the implementation of the project and visible demand resulting, among others, from observed trends in the market of means of transport and equipment are a guarantee that there is a wide demand for the product that the applicant will offer as a result of the investment. Achieving the objectives requires investment expenditures on the land, construction of a new plant and fixed assets and intangible assets necessary for the production process indicated in the schedule. The project is a profitable undertaking and is characterised by significant cost-effective implementation. The applicant shall provide full opportunity to carry out the project. The project will be implemented in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. (English)
